Anodic Oxidation (MIL-A-8625)

Anodic oxidation, regulated by the MIL-A-8625 standard, is an electrochemical process used to increase the thickness of the natural oxide layer on the surface of metal parts, particularly aluminum. This treatment improves resistance to corrosion and wear, as well as allowing better adhesion of paints.

Electrolytic Tinning (MIL-T-10727)

Electrolytic tinning, in accordance with the MIL-T-10727 standard, is a coating process that uses electrolysis to deposit a layer of tin on the surface of a metal. This treatment is used to improve solderability, resistance to corrosion and protection against oxidation.

Electroless Nickel Plating (MIL-C-26074)

Electroless nickel plating, specified by the MIL-C-26074 standard, is a process of depositing a nickel coating without the use of electric current. This treatment provides uniform protection against corrosion and wear, improving mechanical properties and resistance to chemical agents.

Chromate Conversion Coating of Aluminum (MIL-C-5541)

Chromate conversion coating of aluminum, according to the MIL-C-5541 standard, is a chemical process that applies a protective chrome layer on aluminum. This layer increases resistance to corrosion and prepares the surface for subsequent painting or other treatments.

Passivation of Steels (QQ-P-35C)

Steel passivation, regulated by the QQ-P-35C standard, is a chemical treatment that removes contaminants from the surface of stainless steel and forms a protective oxide layer. This process improves corrosion resistance and the durability of the material.

Powder Coating

Powder coating is a coating process that applies a dry powder, generally based on polymer resins, on a metal surface. The powder is then melted and polymerized to form a solid, durable, and weather-resistant layer.

Direct UV Printing

Direct UV printing is a printing technique that uses special inks, dried and polymerized immediately through exposure to ultraviolet light. This method allows obtaining sharp and resistant images on a wide range of materials.

Sublimation

Sublimation is a process of image transfer that uses heat to transfer solid inks directly onto fabrics or other polymer materials. This method is ideal for obtaining high-quality, durable prints resistant to washing and wear.
